STRUCK THE WATER!

2Kings 2:14a - He took the mantle Elijah had dropped, and he STRUCK THE WATER. "Where is the Lord God of Elijah?" he asked.

EXPOSITION:

After Elijah was taken and Elisha got his mantle, he went back to river Jordan and stood at the bank perplexed, until it was dawn on him to strike the water; he remained on a spot - stagnant.

God is saying to you this morning, "strike the water" - make that move, take that step of faith, confront your fears! For how long would you remain on a spot?

There are people at the other side observing and waiting to see you drown (fail): they will all be disappointed, only if you take courage to make the move!

COVENANT PRAYERS

1.  My Father my Father, I receive help of the Holy Spirit to take necessary steps for my destiny fulfillment in Jesus name.

2.  Oh Lord by your spirit, I break loose from every power of stagnation in Jesus name.

3.  My Father my Father, deliver me from every spirit of fear in Jesus name.
