“Arise, shine, for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is raised upon thee”. Isaiah 60vs1. You need to know that life will not change until you arise; it is when you get up and move from the low place to a higher place that God has prepared for you in destiny. You need to shift from a state of rest to a state of taking action necessary for your life.
You must arise as youth; you need to determine to live above your past, your fear, and your past defeat. God is saying to you today that you should rise, stop lying down in defeat; stand up and stand tall in destiny fulfillment. Micah 7vs3, John 5vs8.
You need to know that life will not change until you arise and take it. Destiny will not be fulfilled until you arise. To arise is for you to get up from where you are and move into where God has ordained for you; it is for you to leave the realm of being tied down by sin and failure into the realm of being free from the shackles of sin.
Samson, in the book of Judges Chapter sixteen, slept on the lap of Delilah, and he lost his destiny. Many youths are sleeping comfortably today on Delilah's lap; they have no hunger for prayer, no hunger for purpose, no hunger for purity. They are asleep in the distractions of social media and endless trends. Many youths are asleep spiritually. If you are among the sleeping ones, arise; can you hear the word of God in Romans 13vs11 that says “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to wake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed”. Arise from sleep to purpose; do not let the talents, energy, and grace that God has deposited into your life be wasted. Do not be among the people who are spiritually switched off and wasting away in destiny because they are asleep.
You have to arise from sin into holiness. Arise and bury pornography, immorality, addictions, and peer pressure. It is understandable that this generation is prone to temptation because there is temptation all around. I know our generation is driven by temptation, from our phones to our schools, our communities, and even in our houses, but the truth is, you can say no to all these temptations, you can choose not to go in the way of the world. Just like what Daniel did in Daniel 1vs8, you also can purpose in your heart that you will not defile yourself with the portion of this sinful world. You can say no to sin and rise into purity. Genesis 39vs1-9.
Arise and take your rightful place in the scheme of things; you have looked enough, you have allowed sinners to reign too long on the throne, and that is why our generation is going through crises in government, finance, health, etc. Proverbs 29vs2. Society tells you that you are too small, too young, too inexperienced, but God says you are His end-time arms. David arose against Goliath even when the whole King could not face him. 1 Samuel 17vs31-50. Arise, because you are the David that will save our generation from the Goliath that is threatening our Israel. You are not too small to shine; you are the light this generation is waiting for, arise from timidity to boldness, let no man despise thy youth, that is what the word of God says. 1 Timothy 4vs12
