GET YOU POSSESSIONS?

Genesis 34:10 - And ye shall dwell with us: and the land shall be before you; dwell and trade ye therein, and GET YOU POSSESSIONS therein

EXPOSITION 

Only if Hamor (the father of Shechem) knew that the land he claimed to be his own belongs to the Israelites by covenant, he would not have made them an offer. So many children of God have ignorantly traded off their Dinah-(sonship, future, destiny, homes, children) to Shechem (the devil) in their quest to acquire possessions or material wealth here on earth. Genesis 34:23

Our Lord Jesus refused Satan's offer, and yet had and exercised authority over demons, sickness, sin. Beware not to trade  what is already yours for what is not yours. You are more than that.

You don't have to pay for what is already given: Jesus did.

COVENANT PRAYERS 

1.  Father, help me not to trade my ETERNITY for earthly possessions in Jesus name.

2.  I receive grace to overcome every temptation meant to trap my soul in Jesus name.

3.  Oh Lord give me more grace to trust in you in my destiny journey in Jesus name.
