THEY WERE ALL FILLED

Act 2:4 - ‎And THEY WERE ALL FILLED with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

‎EXPOSITION

The word "FILLED" appears consecutively in Acts 2:2 and Acts 2:4, not merely for repetition, but to reveal a deeper spiritual truth. In verse 2, the word filled refers to something being filled from within, while in verse 4, it speaks of being furnished or empowered from without.

This illustrates God's pattern of operation. Whatever He intends to manifest outwardly, He first works inwardly. Before there is a public display of His power, there is a private work of His Spirit. Before the fruit is seen, the seed must be planted and nurtured within.

Therefore, if God has placed a vision, dream, or promise in your heart, trust Him to bring it to birth. He is more concerned with transforming your inner man than merely changing your outward circumstances. A life genuinely touched by God is transformed from the inside out.

Never despise the season of conception, for conception always precedes manifestation. May the spirit of God perfect all that concerns you.

COVENANT PRAYERS

1.  May the Holy Spirit, breathe on you for a total refreshing in Jesus name.

2.  May your inner man be strengthened for his glory in Jesus name.

3.  May the Lord make you a humble student of the holy Spirit in Jesus name.

4.  Henceforth you will no more labour in vain and all your spiritual effort will be crowned in Jesus name.
