ALIVE AND JOYFUL

Psalm 5:11 (KJV) - But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: Let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

EXPOSITION

The word today is so explicit on joy and those who are qualified for it. Happiness should not be misconstrued for joyfulness. It is therefore simple to say: those who are happy may not be joyful because happiness can come from different means and conditions, but Joy flows from the spirit, and it is a doorway to access the throne of Grace. Not everyone alive is joyful, but every joyful person has access to longevity. "With Joy shall you draw water out of the well of Salvation". The call for us who trust in God is to be joyful because God will defend us and make us victorious on every side.

COVENANT PRAYER

1.  May the joy of the Lord overwhelm you and your family in Jesus’ name.

2.  You will no longer share any testimony of pains and shame in Jesus’ name.

3.  The Lord will replace mourning in your life with joy unspeakable in Jesus’ name.

4.  The Lord will crown this year with unending joy for you, in Jesus’ name.
