DON'T BE AN INGRATE

Numbers 11:16 - But now our appetite is gone, there is nothing to look at BUT THIS MANNA.

EXPOSITION:

One of the provisions enjoyed in the wilderness by the Israelites was the supply of Manna (Angel’s food). They rejoice and  celebrated for being well fed by the same manna they described to be like coriander seed, miraculous white bread which tasted like wafers made with honey (Exodus 16:15),  suddenly turned  "this manna"  disgusted and despised. Manna is an Hebrew phrase "man hu" meaning what is it?

The Israelites became tired of the God that brought them out of bondage without remorse.

You may have to check when things or people you once celebrated and respected now appear disgusting, senseless, useless, to you. When the hand that once fed, raised and helped you now irritates you: the face you loved to see, you now avoid and once a sweet voice now turned noise. It is the spirit of ingratitude fired at you to cut you from your helpers.

COVENANT PRAYERS

1.  Oh Lord, please help me not to turn an ingrate unto you in Jesus name

2.  Father Lord, help me not to backstab the people who once helped me in Jesus name.

3.  O Lord, do not let Satan take advantage of me to offend you in anyway in Jesus name.

4.  My Father my Maker, I receive the heart of gratitude in Jesus name
