HYPOCRISY!

Luke 23:11 (KJV) - And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a 'gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate. 

EXPOSITION
King Herod and his men treated Jesus with contempt. They mocked him in their closet, and yet clothed him in a gorgeous garment for the world to see. So, there are many Herods in our churches today, Who mocks Jesus in the secret with their lifestyles: but are saints and full of activities in the house of God.

Are you the same person at home, work and in the society and who you claimed to be in the church? When you live contrary to your confession of him, you are one of the hypocrites!

COVENANT PRAYERS

1. Father Lord, strip me of every form of hypocrisy in Jesus' name.

2. Oh Lord my God, help me by your spirit to do what your word says in Jesus' name.

3. My Father, my father, Let me not be ashame of this gospel any day, any time in Jesus' name.

4. Oh Lord by your mercy, I will never deny what you represent in life both in the secret and in the open in Jesus' name.
