As a child of God, God, in his infinite wisdom, sees you not just for your failures or shortcomings but through the lens of his love and mercy. You are divinely recommended as a child of God and beloved of God.

Romans 5vs8 gives the assurance of the Divine recommendation we are talking about, the bible says while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. That is, when you think God is not mindful of you, he knows you and cares about you.

You need to know that God does not value you by what you have but based on his unconditional love; this act signifies that your value is not determined by your actions but by his unconditional love.

God is inviting you to come to his family; he is inviting you into a relationship with him. Ephesians 1vs6 says we are accepted in the beloved. You need to know that this acceptance is not earned; it is a gift. It is an invitation to move out of self-doubt into a new identity of a child of the living God.

Being divinely recommended will empower you spiritually. Through the Holy Spirit, you will receive guidance and strength to live according to God’s purpose for your life. Through the Holy Spirit Empowerment, you will be able to do all things as the book of Philippians 4vs13 says, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Divine recommendation equips you to fulfill your Purpose and empowers you to rise above limitations.

The divine recommendation gives you restoration. God promises you restoration no matter where you have missed it, no matter where you are, God offers you restoration. The book of 2 Corinthians 5vs17 brings the word of assurance that in Christ you are a new being, your old life cannot define you again in as much you have embraced the love of Christ. Your past does not define you; instead, you are continually transformed by his grace because you have keyed into his recommendation.

STEPS TO ACHIEVE DIVINE RECOMMENDATION

Build a relationship with God

Your relationship with God is the foundation for receiving his guidance to achieve your purpose in life; this can be achieved by spending time in prayer, worshiping him, and studying his words to deepen your connection with Him. Your relationship with God will give you the edge to know the mind of God concerning every situation. Genesis 18vs17, Genesis 18 vs 16-33.

Build your faith in God.

Hebrew 11vs6 says “But without faith, it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”. The Bible passage above emphasizes that faith is essential to please God and to receive His blessings; when you trust in God’s promises and His plan for your life that is when you can fully enjoy His divine recommendation.

Build the act of Repentance and Forgiveness.

David in the Bible enjoyed divine recommendation because he always saw himself as a man who was full of sin; any time things went wrong, he quickly recognized his shortcomings and asked for forgiveness. Acknowledge your shortcomings and ask for forgiveness.  1 John 1vs9 says that if we confess our sins, He is faithful to forgive us. To enjoy Divine recommendations, you have to repent of your sins and ask God to forgive you.

Live in obedience to God’s word.

For you to enjoy Divine recommendation, you need to daily live by the word of God. You must live your life based on biblical Principles. You must be a doer of the word of God just as James 1vs22-25 says.
