You are not here by accident rather, you are here for a reason. You are the answer to someone’s question. Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour came into this world after many Prophets had failed to reconcile man back to God. The purpose of Jesus here is to deliver man from the shackles of sin and restore them to their rightful place in God. Isaiah 9vs6, Matthew 1vs21.

You are not a product of accident, all you need to do is to identify your purpose here on earth, and you need to go back to your maker (God) to get the manual for your life; so you can be able to identify your functionality and recognize why you are made and the purpose you are made for.

It is not enough for you to know and understand the purpose you are made for, it is also essential to know the process or method by which the purpose will be achieved. Jesus Christ knew that his purpose was to reconcile man back to his maker, and the process was to die on the cross; the reason he shouted the will of the Father be done when going through the process on the cross. Matthew 26vs42.

Knowing your purpose is the first stage, and having the understanding of the process or methods to adopt to achieve the purpose is the second stage, but possessing the qualities that require achieving that purpose is another thing. This is because many people with good purpose and methodology as the owner of the vision lack good qualities to achieve it. They lack the credentials that can make people commit their gold and treasures into their hands.

These qualities are missing in the lives of many youths today, making them not to get to the top. Joseph had been shown the vision of his purpose on earth (Genesis 37vs5-11) but he had to go the extra mile to ensure that destiny destroyer did not abort his purpose through character deficit.  Genesis 39vs1-23. I want you to take note of what Joseph said in verses eight and nine of the Bible passage.

If you must achieve your purpose as a youth or young adult, after which the purpose to achieve it might have been identified, the following are the qualities that must be possessed:

YOU MUST BE A VALUE GIVER

Jesus Christ went into hiding after he was talked about at age twelve; he went hidden to develop the right capacity, and at age thirty when he started his ministry, people had no choice but to follow him because his personality and presence alone gave value to people. Luke 2vs41-51, Luke 3vs20-24.

Knowing your purpose in life is the starting point, but if you must fulfill that purpose, you must develop the right capacity and be a value-added someone. You must be able to add value to the lives of people around you because the people you add value to will be the ones to help you in the process of achieving that purpose.

Our Lord, Jesus Christ added value to the lives of his disciples, which was why they could run with his vision, even when it comes to giving up their careers and lives. Matthew 4vs18-22, John 1vs35-51, Luke 5vs1-11. If your purpose will be followed by people, you must be ready to add value to them. Simon left all to help our Lord, Jesus Christ in achieving his purpose because Jesus Christ added value to his life first. Luke 5vs4-7. When you have value to add, it will be easy for you to get to the top.
