The Solomon generation is the generation of God’s children that are enjoying the full blessings of God and peace that comes from the Lord (1 Kings 4vs 20-34, 2 Chronicles 9vs 22-28).

This is a generation of youth that I call ‘Solomon generation’ because God has fully blessed them with so much blessings and wisdom. We are the generation that is loaded with various kinds of blessings that come from God but the challenge is that, the youth of this generation are not learning from the mistake of King Solomon in the Bible. The youths of this generation are not learning from the errors King Solomon made which caused him to ruin all the opportunities and blessings that God loaded him with.

The Solomon generation has been blessed so much by God but many are have misplaced priority. This generation of youth is already going in the way of King Solomon in the Bible by focusing on the minor instead of the major (1 John 2vs 15-17, Colossians 3vs 5-6).

The scripture above warned us as youths that we should run away from things that can destroy us as children of God; we should keep ourselves from those things that can make God to depart from us just as He did with King Solomon. Solomon the king realized this great mistake, the reason why he shouted aloud in that first chapter of the book of Ecclesiastes that vanity of vanities, that everything in this world is vanity.

Every plan of God has a foundation. If you do not understand the foundation, you will suffer frustration. The foundation of God’s provision for man is to depart from iniquity (2 Timothy 2vs19). I need to let you know as the Solomon generation of this age that, until you step out of sin, you cannot step into the plenty that is available from the throne of God; this is because the kingdom prosperity answers to iniquity-free candidates.

As the youth of this generation, if you have not departed from evil, you will not see God’s prosperity, no matter what method you use. Iniquity is the cheapest way to block your heavens. If you enjoy sin, you can never come in touch with God’s blessings, and God’s blessings are loaded in the secret place of God (Psalm 25vs14).

If you must enjoy and continually enjoy all the blessings of God that are available for the youth of this generation, there are things you must do. There are steps you must take if you have to enjoy the blessings of God like King Solomon.

  • You must fear God: The fear of God is what qualifies you for access to the blessings of God, the fear of God guarantees triumph in all areas of life (Psalm 111vs10, Proverbs 9vs10). King Solomon enjoyed the blessings of God when he was living in the fear of God but immediately his heart was turned against God, the blessings stop flowing (1 Kings 11vs1-6).

You need to take a clue from King Solomon that there is need for you to live in the fear of God because that is when you can fully be given access to tap into the abundance that is in the secret place of the most high.

  • You must live a righteous life: The blessings of God are not free, they are meant for those who love and live righteously (Proverbs 1vs7, Job 33vs26, Psalm 5vs12). The key to the door that link to the store house where all the blessings, wisdom and greatness that you need in life is righteous living.

Righteous living will give you access into the asset that God has made available for you as the Solomon generation. The world has neglected righteous living but as a child of the living God, you have to make righteous living your life style because there are many things that you stand to gain if you live a righteous life (Psalm 92vs12-15, Psalm 7vs11, Psalm 18vs20, Psalm 118vs15).

  • You Must Be a Sacrificial Giver: There is different between giving and sacrificial giving. Giving is a conditional act that expects the receiver to reciprocate a same gesture. Most people give because they have an underlining benefits they want in return but a sacrificial giving is an act of giving without any motive; this is the type of giving where the giver gives without expecting anything in return (1 Kings 3vs2-15).

Your sacrificial giving like that of King Solomon will open doors of unlimited and unmerited blessings and favor unto you. Your giving will unlock the heavens over your life. You need to learn how to give. That is, you must be a giver if you must enjoy God’s blessings because the principle that is guiding prosperity is giving (Luke 6vs38).

CONCLUSION:

The Solomon generation must know and understand that thereare no ways to achieve all the points that have been mentioned without having Jesus Christ in their lives; because, it is through Jesus Christ that you can gain access to God (John14vs6). If you are enjoying any blessing that is not attached to Jesus Christ, just know that the owner of the blessing will soon come to take it back from you unaware. There is nothing the devil gives that last, every blessing from the devil always leads to destruction; whatever the devil gives you is just a bait to lead you into his cage (trap). For instance, King Solomon in the Bible thought he was enjoying when he was busy marrying those women without knowing that devil is gradually preparing his way into destruction (1 Kings 11vs3-4).

Any blessings that you have without Jesus Christ will become a big problem to you. Blessings and money that you get through dubious or evil means will soon become a bone in your throat. Come to Jesus Christ today; surrender your life totally to him because it is in Him you can get true prosperity. Jesus loves you, embrace him today and start enjoying the Solomon kind of wisdom, blessings, prosperity and many more.
