All Things Work Together For good

Romans 8:28, And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Not one thing, but all things work together for good. Even when the winter looks terrible, tornados break homes apart, and hurricanes flood some parts of Miami Florida, and Savannah Georgia, or wildfires in California. It may seem painful but it's also working for your good.

Some will say why will the Lord allow them to go through such a horrible experience, because I love the LORD! That reminds me of when I was fired from my job, I got into my car to drive and hear the Lord speak to my spirit: do you still trust me? I said I don’t! You were surprised, the human aspect of me got hold of my emotions and I was trapped in my upcoming bills. I also thought I would not be able to get a better offer soon.

But in less than ten seconds I said, Lord, I am sorry, I still trust you with the whole of my heart. That income was the least I ever got paid. The enemy wants us to be stuck in our situation of self-pity and depression, but when we speak out aloud 'it’s working for our good’, the enemy would give way.

Including your divorce, the Lord hates it but when the other partner's life isn’t aligned with God's principles and standards. And after much intervention from the church leader and nothing seems to change, you have the best decision to take for your life. However, wait upon the Lord before you walk away.

My former member back in Nigeria had an accident a few days before Christmas and was hospitalized for a couple of days. When she began to complain, I told her, I think you should first look at the bright side, because all things work together for our good. Since you love the Lord, embrace your present situation with thanksgiving, and watch what the Lord will put into place for you. I understand we’re human and we like to question “why”, I know I pay my tithes and give offerings. But you’re aware it would’ve been more if God allowed these and stopped that. In all things, we should always have an attitude of thanksgiving.

My bad experience with winter was January third year twenty-eighteen in Dallas Georgia that beautiful night around 9 pm. I got around going to work in another city called Acworth Georgia; I noticed the water in the radiator had already frozen because whenever I drove for a few miles I had to stop to put water just to cool the temperature. I understand you had a similar experience, never mind, we all have a starting point, but it's risky to die at the starting point without an advanced process. I didn’t have much knowledge about cars then, I just started the engine and drove for about a mile plus. It gave up, and the weather was below freezer level, about eighteen degrees Fahrenheit, I will never forget it. I was upset and frustrated, it sounded funny I remember the pleasant sunny weather in Nigeria. I was able to get the car back home, the rest is history. I thank God the car had not driven ten-plus miles away from home before the engine gave up in such weather, I give all glory to God.

When the love of God is established within you, you always accept his purpose for your life. Somebody like Abraham loves and believes in God. When he was instructed to leave his country and father's home (land), he never questioned the decision of the almighty.

Abraham Just followed the voice of God, he never got attached to the neighborhood, friends, or business, he just left it all and followed God. Often, the Lord doesn’t want us to be too attached to achievement, because it would distract us from moving forward to the Promised Land. Trust me, no matter what you thought you had achieved is to be compared to what you are yet to achieve.

Abraham was a rich man according to Genesis 13:5 Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, and all the wealth… He was a wealthy man who still honored God's instruction and you can see the reflection of his Love for God. He never values material things above God's purpose for his life. Abraham was great before God called him and God made him a father of nations through him all man will be blessed. Honor God with what you have.
