BURIED Immediately you get baptized, it symbolizes you have been buried with Him two thousand years ago. It means you have given the whole of your life to Him by covenant. Let me open our eyes; remember what they call generational curses? It’s still affecting some families or individuals that are connected to it. Some might have been there for hundreds of years. If such still have power over you, I want to assure you that your covenant of baptism into Christ Jesus has swept it away. Generational curses live in the subconscious of its victims, you must be more conscious of the power of baptism that exist in being buried with Christ to neutralize its effect. If we understand our rightful place in Christ we will manifest our right in Christ Jesus. Rom 6:4 - We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious [power] of the Father, so we too might [habitually] live and behave in newness of life. AMP Eph 2:6 - And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One). AMP 6 For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus. NLT No power from the pit of hell is permitted to torment us, we should rather dominate them to the glory of God. We’re seated with Him in the heavenly realms because of our unity with Him through baptism into His death. Sickness isn’t permitted to dwell in your body because you have been seated in heavenly realms with Jesus Christ, you were not supposed to be a carrier of disappointments because you’re seated in heavenly realms, Broken home is not your possession because you are seated in heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, etc. Brethren, God expects us to manifest in the glorious power of the resurrection He has purchased for us through the death of His Son. Actually, some of us are still far from laying hold on such available power. That was the reason Apostle Paul prayed; Eph 1:19 I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe him….” NLT And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe…”AMP The moment you believe in Christ Jesus, the same immeasurable, unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power is ever readily available to us. Our problem is not God but ourselves, we seem not to believe in the grace of God through Christ Jesus that has been deposited in a person’s life without the measurable standard of the world. I have heard great men of God saying anointing without a certificate is nothing! This is no more a surprise as of now because some of these people are no more men of God but men of men. Because this ANOINTING is God’s power in us, apparently God made Himself available in us but we seem to insult Him without knowledge. Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. Kjv Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness and unfettered eloquence of Peter and John and perceived that they were unlearned and untrained in the schools [common men with no educational advantages], they marveled; and they recognized that they had been with Jesus. AMP Whenever you see an anointed man of God without a degree and you talk down on him, you are talking down on God. For God is with him. After the resurrection, you have a birthright to manifest a newness of life purchased for you in Christ Jesus before the foundation of the world. You can achieve this by purposing in your heart to forsake all your old ways of life and Cleave to Jesus your resurrection. Ignorance is the key to arrogance and information triggers reformation. You have the grace of God upon you which is capable to set your linage free from ancient bondages. Christ Jesus has made it possible for us before we were born through his death and resurrection! But only one access to this privilege is to belong to the family of the household of faith. Eph 1:4-5 We have been bought with a price (1 Corinthians 6:20) through the death of Christ to become children of God. In other words, everything owned by our FATHER in Christ Jesus becomes ours, our difficult challenge is that we are not conscious of this fact! Phil 2: 5 - Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Kjv 1 Cor 2:16 - But we have the mind of Christ. Kjv “……But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart. AMP We often get carried away with slight challenges forgetting the ability buried in us just because we have the mind of the CEO of the universe. We should meditate on his words and his relationship with us rather than choosing to meditate on the bills we are yet to pay which was paid along with his death, wow! Yes, Christ did. Meditation is fundamental to have the right to the divine secret of God. It is the act of fellowshipping with Him in your spirit through His words that you have studied, claiming his promises by faith, confessing and proclaiming it into our daily living. You are not permitted to fall sick with the mind of Christ resident in you neither should failure be your portion. This mind produces a hundredfold increase without limitation because the thoughts following are divine inspiration from above. Also, have the ability to understand all-natural tricks so that the possessor of this mind will subdue such under your feet. By faith since we were buried and raised with Him, with the same faith all our steps should lead to life in abundance. Col 2:12 [Thus you were circumcised when] you were buried with Him in [your] baptism, in which you were also raised with Him [to a new life] through [your] faith in the working of God [as displayed] when He raised Him up from the dead.
