I cannot imagine being born again, baptized unto Christ Jesus’ death, filled with the Holy Ghost and still can’t enjoy your life to the fullness! It is because you’re not well informed about spiritual benefits that are meant for you and your generations. You’re not conscious of the fact that Christ has clothed yourself with Him.

For as many [of you] as were baptized into Christ [into a spiritual union and communion with Christ, the Anointed One, the Messiah] have put on (clothed yourselves with) Christ. Gal 3:27 AMP

The Consciousness of who you’re is the manifestation of what you see! If you’re conscious of the Christ Jesus you’ve put on, how dare sickness finds its way into your body, why should you file for devoicing, why should you call yourself a failure and accept the negative names people call you? All this happens because you forget the image of who you are.

Does it mean I can never get sick? Yes.  I have been enjoying Divine health since 2008 to the glory of God through Christ Jesus. It’s possible for us to live the rest of our lives without swallowing any drug or visiting any medical hospital. All these Christ Paid with is life.

Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] consider Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy].

But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole. Isa 53:4-5 AMP

I was sharing with my neighbor some time ago that I shall never get sick before I will be called to glory. This is because when I came to this earth I wasn’t sick, why should my exit be through sickness? He asked in return and said; does it mean those who died on their sick bed were bad? My response was:

Gen 15:15 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.

Gen 25:7 And these are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived, an hundred threescore and fifteen years.

8 Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people.

Gen 35: 28 And the days of Isaac were an hundred and fourscore years.

29 And Isaac gave up the ghost, and died, and was gathered unto his people, being old and full of days: and his sons Esau and Jacob buried him.

Gen 49: 33 And when Jacob had made an end of commanding his sons, he gathered up his feet into the bed, and yielded up the ghost, and was gathered unto his people.

Gen 50: 25 And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.

26 So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt. KJV

I lay hold to the fact that the promises of Abraham belong to me since my faith is in Christ Jesus, if he was justified by faith during the times of law, how much more now that there is glorious availability of grace for us all in Christ. If you want to bless your children and children’s children at your good old age while they gather at your feet into the bed before yielding up the ghost? It’s left to you.

Although my neighbor wasn’t a Christian, I told him it’s in the power of Christ Jesus for him to live a fulfilled life full of testimonies of the great and wonders of Christ Jesus. He was just silent but a seed has been planted.

Naaman Experience

This general was a great man with several honored victory songs rendered to him but he was a leper. Everyone labeled him by his stigma that he had no option but to agree with them. Men are permitted to call you names and nickname you but it’s in your power to accept or otherwise. Besides you being nicknamed after your limitation(s), there are some persons who constantly desire everyone to behave like them.

Symbolic manifestation in Naaman:- This manifestation was symbolic of baptism in the life of this general! He experienced the true meaning of the power of baptism before John the Baptist was born. It happened because Elisha had deeper revelations of the moves of Divinity.

2 Kings 5:1,9-14

Now Naaman, captain of the army of the king of Aram, was a great man with his master, and highly respected, because by him the Lord had given victory to Aram. The man was also a valiant warrior, but he was a leper.

9 So Naaman came with his horses and his chariots, and stood at the doorway of the house of Elisha.

10 And Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, "Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall be restored to you and you shall be clean."

11 But Naaman was furious and went away and said, "Behold, I thought, 'He will surely come out to me, and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, and wave his hand over the place, and cure the leper.'

12 "Are not Abanah and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?" So he turned and went away in a rage.

13 Then his servants came near and spoke to him and said, "My father, had the prophet told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you, 'Wash, and be clean'?"

14 So he went down and dipped himself seven times in the Jordan, according to the word of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.  NASB

He was literally buried into Christ Jesus' death seven times, it represented perfection. Does it mean Naaman was baptized? No, but he covenanted himself to God of Israel through the prophecies of Elisha. It was the beginning and manifestation of his newness of life, his leprosy skin transformed like the flesh of a child.

If this man could encounter the mightiness of God who he doesn’t know or believe but Elisha’s faith carried him through, Now that we belong to the king of Kings, don’t you think if you walk according to all his instruction you would experience total settlement?

One of the implications of the new life to the man Naaman is that he will never have reasons to struggle in his lifetime because of his encounter with the God of heaven and earth. A little child doesn’t struggle for needs in whatever he or she does. Since Naaman’s flesh was likened to a child’s flesh, so shall all his ways be in righteousness in God.

The revelation is whenever you’re baptized, Divinity expects your attitude to be like a child! Even Christ said except we accept the kingdom of God like a child, it will be impossible for us to enter. We should constantly walk in love with the whole of our hearts flowing to others in genuineness to the glory of God forever.

Obviously, contentment should be our primary aim before and after being baptized into Christ’s death, Naaman understood this principle “And Naaman said, Be content, take two talents. And he urged him, and bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of garments, and laid them upon two of his servants; and they bare them before him.” 2Kings 5:23 KJV

[And it is, indeed, a source of immense profit, for] godliness accompanied with contentment (that contentment which is a sense of inward sufficiency) is great and abundant gain. 1 Tim 6:6 AMP

Gehazi has stayed worshiping the LORD GOD of Israel with his master Elisha but to him, contentment was not in his life Patten. Just like some of us even in our long-time commitment to God, we couldn’t manifest the original newness of life because we lack contentment.

Some people are like graveyard without satisfaction, they always need more and more. Bible encourages us to have a sense of inward sufficiency accompanied by the Spirit of Christ Jesus in us.
