Don’t Put Yourself Out Off-Line.

You are not inferior to others so celebrate yourself.

There is no way everyone will be pleased with you, hence you should embrace and celebrate the unique personality that God has created in you forever. Why don’t you stand on your feet and speak to the day that it is your new dawn, I don’t know about others. Just as Jesus Christ has the final say concerning you, also you have the final say in matters that concerns you. Christ doesn’t want you to be sick, but you might be afraid that the sickness is going to kill you. He doesn’t force his will to come to pass in your life because you have a will and you can decide to align with him or not.

There are people under us, some above us, and those under us want to be like us and will want to rise to our level, and even beyond us. This should fire up our zeal, after all, we still have people who are still looking up to us. The problem is, we don’t often realize we are hope givers, but Satan often tells us we are hopeless and useless. If you put yourself out of the line without you knowing, several others will be affected.

We all need to maintain a very positive attitude which in turn will inform our actions. In essence, as we compose ourselves during challenges – it will determine our actions towards them. We all have a source we should constantly focus on even when challenges are almost swallowing us up, we should not lose focus. Peter walked on water while his focus was on Jesus Christ, immediately he drifted his attention from his source, he began to sink. Just like some of us we easily get mad at ourselves when our plans fail or we cannot meet up with some bills. There must be a boisterous wind along our path, we shouldn’t look up to the wind but up to Jesus Christ the source of our strength, our confidence, and our faith. Oftentimes, people put their trust in what they have achieved such as their fat bank account, great organization and happy home, etc. And, whenever there is a little shaking on these things, our whole life becomes miserable. Peter did not totally trust or put much of his faith in the master after all; it might be partly due to his boldness and eloquence.

The Bible Says;

 “And Peter answered Him and said, "Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water. So He said, "Come." And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, "Lord, save me! And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"  Matt 14:28-31 KJV.

If Peter could fall out of the line, the entire disciples would have followed. Stay strong, you have a more glorious future ahead and I can boldly say to you that your tomorrow will be better than today. It looks as if you are not going to get out of the challenges pretty soon, but you will surely come out on top.

You need to learn to encourage yourself and be your own cheerleader. Every time you do a good job, don’t just let it pass; give all the glory to God first and then give yourself a little compliment. Every time you choose discipline ahead of indulgence, don’t tell yourself that you should have succumbed anyway, recognize how much you are developing. Every time you make a mistake, don’t bring up everything that’s wrong with yourself; tell yourself that you’re paying the price for growth and that you will learn to do better next time. Every positive thing that you can say to yourself will help.
